Local processing in the application
Normal opening, editing and rendering of ZPL files takes place locally on your computer and does not require uploading files to a web service.
Information you choose to submit
Nothing is submitted until you send a bug report.
A report may contain your name, email address, application logs and technical diagnostic information, including Windows user name, computer name and file name or path.
You may separately choose to attach the currently open ZPL file. Do not submit files containing personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or other sensitive information.
Submitted files may be retained and used for debugging, testing, regression testing and improving Labeloid for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Ownership does not transfer to fCoder.
Website support requests
Website support requests may include your name, email address, message and optional attachments. Support is handled using Zendesk. Support history may be retained for 10 years to provide continuing support.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, where necessary to operate and secure the website.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for analytics only. Analytics is activated only after consent. You can refuse or withdraw consent through the website’s Analytics settings.
Google may process analytics data outside the EEA subject to applicable data-transfer safeguards.
Why information is processed
Depending on the context, support processing is based on steps requested by you before or during a contractual relationship and/or our legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining and improving Labeloid. Analytics is based on consent.
Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw analytics consent at any time.
You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
